Preeti Santana

Preeti is deeply passionate about the protection and well-being of children and is honored to have the opportunity to make a difference in her community through her involvement with DCAC. With over a decade of experience in Human Resources, Preeti has delved into the intricacies of how individuals operate within systems and the behaviors exhibited in the workplace. Currently, her focus lies in driving culture change and enhancing employee engagement. Preeti holds an MS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and is currently pursuing an MBA in Strategic Innovation & Change from the University of Denver.
