Emily Murphy

Emily joined DCAC as a Bilingual Child & Family Therapist in 2019. After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Theology from Benedictine College in Kansas, she moved to Honduras for 2 ½ years where she volunteered at a children’s home. Emily returned to her home state of Colorado to complete her master’s in Social Work at the University of Denver. Prior to joining DCAC, she worked with women and children experiencing homelessness as a case manager. Emily is a Licensed Social Worker and she looks forward to continuing to serve children and families while working towards her clinical license in social work.
