Paul is an experienced trial lawyer who began his legal career in his hometown of Missoula, Montana. After moving to Colorado, Paul spent several years in the Denver office of a national firm and litigation boutique before joining Denver-based Holme Roberts & Owen (HRO). He currently serves as the Managing Partner for the Denver office of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, which merged with HRO in 2012 and is among the 50 largest law firms in the U.S. Paul’s legal practice is focused on litigation matters, including agricultural law, natural resource litigation, and commercial disputes. His legal expertise and experience counseling clients in a wide array of matters serves as an invaluable resource to the DCAC board and to the organization as a whole. Paul is a past president and longtime board member of the Notre Dame Alumni Club of Denver. He also served on the board of New Genesis, a homeless shelter and program that has served the Denver area for 35 years. After being introduced to DCAC by a colleague, Paul joined the DCAC board in 2020. He is passionate about the organization’s mission and its track record of improving the lives of children in metro Denver. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Montana.
