DCAC relies on grants and donations in order to provide a continuum of care services to children and families in need. 

By providing all of our services free of charge to the low-income and at-risk families who need them, we rely on donations. Please make as generous a gift as you can afford.

Please never think that the problem of child abuse is insurmountable. Every day, we see children who have lived through terrible abuse or witnessed terrifying violence reclaim their childhood. DCAC has built a reputation for treating some of the most complex cases of abuse and trauma. We are steadily breaking the cycle of abuse by providing prevention programs and support for at-risk families. 

Your financial support can help DCAC

Prevent Abuse

• $100 provides a session of “Denver Safe from the Start” for 25 at-risk Head Start children

Strengthen Families

• $95 provides one hour of family therapy or parent-child reunification
• $65 provides one hour of crisis intervention and management
• $55 provides one hour of case management
• $35 provides one hour of support group for children and/or caregivers

Restore Childhood

• $250 provides one hour of forensic interviewing in English
• $260 provides one hour of forensic interviewing in Spanish
• $95 provides one hour of clinical assessment
• $75 provides one hour of individual therapy in English or Spanish

Every dollar you donate provides services now. That dollar is an investment in a child's future and every life they touch. What an impact!
